By downloading, installing, or using the Modk mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Modk.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Modk. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Modk is NOT a dating app. It is a community platform for group activities. Use of the platform for romantic solicitation or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited.
Modk (مودك) is Saudi Arabia's first mood-based social activity platform. It allows users to discover, host, and join group activities based on their mood, city, and interests. The platform includes features such as activity browsing, join requests, peer reviews, trust scores, leaderboards, in-app messaging, and notifications.
Modk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Modk is built on trust and respect. All users must adhere to the following community standards:
Violations of the community code of conduct may result in a trust score reduction, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.
When you host an activity on Modk, you take on the responsibility of organising a safe, welcoming, and respectful event. As a host you agree to:
When you join an activity, you agree to attend as planned, behave respectfully, and submit an honest review afterwards. Repeated no-shows without cancellation will negatively affect your trust score.
Modk uses a Trust Engine to calculate each user's reliability and community standing. Your trust score is based on attendance history, peer reviews, hosting behaviour, report history, and overall platform activity.
Trust scores are visible to other users and affect your ability to join certain activities or host activities with higher participant limits. Modk reserves the right to adjust the trust score formula and weighting at any time to improve community safety.
You may not attempt to manipulate your trust score through fake reviews, coordinated actions with other users, or any other artificial means. Such behaviour will result in immediate account suspension.
The following are strictly prohibited on the Modk platform:
All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and code on the Modk platform are owned by or licensed to Modk. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Modk content without express written permission.
By submitting content to the platform — including activity descriptions, profile information, photos, and reviews — you grant Modk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you post, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Modk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Modk is not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user, host, or third party on or off the platform. Participation in activities arranged through Modk is at your own risk. We strongly encourage users to exercise personal safety precautions when meeting others.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Modk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Modk (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Modk and delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Modk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, posed a safety risk to other users, or engaged in behaviour that is harmful to the community. Decisions regarding account termination are at Modk's sole discretion.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
Modk may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Modk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
