Our Commitment to Child Safety

Modk is a platform exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. The safety and protection of minors is a fundamental value of our platform and community. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content, activity, behaviour, or communication that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way.

This policy applies to all users, hosts, participants, and any content on the Modk platform regardless of context. Violations result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on the Modk platform and will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement reporting:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind — creation, distribution, storage, or sharing.
• Grooming — any attempt to develop an inappropriate relationship with a minor.
• Trafficking — recruitment, solicitation, or facilitation of trafficking involving minors.
• Solicitation — any sexual or inappropriate solicitation directed at or involving individuals under 18.
• Creating activities or events that target, involve, or endanger minors.
• Sharing, linking to, or promoting any external content that exploits or endangers children.

Age Verification and Enforcement

All users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older during registration. Users are required to provide accurate age information. Providing false age information constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend and permanently delete their account and all associated data without prior notice. We will also review all content and interactions associated with that account for any potential violations requiring further action.

We use automated tools and community reports to identify and remove underage users as quickly as possible.

How to Report Child Safety Concerns

We make it easy to report any content or behaviour that may endanger a child. You can report through multiple channels:

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on any post or user profile and select the "Child Safety" category.
• Direct Email: Send a detailed report to childsafety@modk.app. Include as much detail as possible.
• Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local Saudi emergency services (911) or the Cybersecurity Authority immediately.

All child safety reports are treated as our highest priority and are reviewed immediately upon receipt. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours.

Our Response Process

When we receive a child safety report, we take the following immediate steps:

• Immediately suspend the reported account and content pending investigation.
• Assign a dedicated team member to review the report within hours.
• Preserve all relevant data, logs, and communications for law enforcement.
• Permanently remove any confirmed violating content and accounts.
• Report confirmed violations to Saudi law enforcement and relevant international bodies.

We cooperate fully with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), Saudi law enforcement, and international organizations including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where applicable.

Data Preservation for Law Enforcement

In cases involving suspected child exploitation, Modk will preserve all relevant account data, messages, activity logs, and associated records to assist law enforcement investigations. We comply fully with legal requests from Saudi and international authorities regarding child safety matters.

We do not delete data associated with accounts under active law enforcement investigation until we receive clearance from the relevant authority.

Prevention Measures

Modk implements multiple layers of protection to prevent minors from accessing the platform and to detect potential child safety violations:

• Age confirmation required during registration with enforcement mechanisms.
• Dedicated "Child Safety" report category in the in-app reporting system.
• Community Trust Engine that tracks and flags suspicious behaviour patterns.
• Admin moderation tools for rapid review and action on flagged content.
• Regular review of our policies to align with Saudi law and international best practices.
