Welcome to Modk (مودك), Saudi Arabia's first mood-based social activity app. Modk is operated by Modk and is designed to help people discover and join group activities in a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community.

• Device Information: Device type and operating system for compatibility purposes. We do not collect precise GPS location.

• With Other Users: Your display name, profile photo, city, gender, and activity history are visible to other app users. Contact details are only shared after activity approval.
• Service Providers: We work with trusted providers for email delivery and infrastructure. They process data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority in Saudi Arabia or other relevant jurisdictions.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and restricted internal access controls to protect your information.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes.

Activity records and trust score history may be retained in anonymized form to maintain community integrity after account deletion.
